 Dr.Susan Shuxia Lu is an Assistant Professor in the Department of System Science and Industrial Engineering State University of New York-Binghamton. . Dr. Lu received her B.S. in 1984 at Hebei University of Technology, P. R. China, in Mechanical Engineering. In 1990 she attained her M.S. in Mechanical Engineering at Tianjin University, P. R. China and in 1999 she received her Ph.D. at Texas Tech University, in Industrial Engineering.
Her appointments include Assistant Professor in the Department of Systems Science and Industrial Engineering, State University of New York-Binghamton in 2001 to the present and Assistant Professor in the Department of Mechanical and Industrial Engineering at Texas A&M University-Kingsville in 1999 to 2001.
She is a member of Alpha Pi Mu, National Industrial Engineering Honor Society and serves as a Committee Member of Publication at SUNY-Binghamton and a Member of Small Scale System Research Team, Binghamton University.
