  • Project manager, development for organic packaging in IBM IMD, Endicott, NY. Project included six departments, with over 120 scientists, engineers and technicians and an annual budget totaling about 60 million dollars. Mission of the project was to develop all new organic products (chip carriers, cards and boards, connectors and new materials) for the IBM Microelectronics division.
